Bio
I am a Ghanaian multidisciplinary artist specialising in Sculpture, with a practice rooted in material experimentation, cultural memory, and the transformation of everyday objects into forms that evoke memories. I was born in Cape Coast, a place where public art, carved canoes, tombstones in missionary cemeteries, and historic architecture shaped my earliest understanding of how art can define a community. As a child, I modelled clay from the ground after rainfall and constructed toy cars from discarded cans. These early experiences formed the foundation of a lifelong commitment to sculpture and to the belief that art can shape identity, inspire learning, and strengthen communities.
