Víctor Manuel Rodríguez Álvarez is a self-taught contemporary figurative artist, born in Barcelona in 1970 and raised in Salardú, a small village in the Spanish Pyrenees.
Working primarily with acrylics and oils, his paintings explore human emotions, resilience, vulnerability, and the delicate balance between strength and fragility. Through expressive brushstrokes, powerful contrasts, and symbolic imagery, he seeks to tell stories that go beyond what the eye can see.
His work has been exhibited in Spain, France, and Italy, reflecting a growing international artistic journey.
