I am not your average contemporary artist. I am someone who is passionate about exploring the connections between nature,memory, love, and emotions through my artwork in a very unique way! Growing up surrounded by the beauty of rural landscapes and lush gardens within Washington, DC, I developed a deep appreciation for the world of art and how it positively affects enthusiasts, which continues to be a major influence in my work.

All of my artistic abilities were self-taught. Throughout my artistic journey, I have been influenced by a variety of artists, both classical and contemporary; the vibrant and emotive brushstrokes of Vincent van Gogh, the expressive colors of Helen Frankenthaler, and the conceptual narratives of Jacob Lawrence and Gordon Parks have all played a significant role in shaping my artistic vision. I draw inspiration from these artists and others, constantly seeking to push the boundaries of my creativity.

Personally, my experiences with loss, healing, and personal growth have had a profound impact on my artwork. Through various mediums and techniques, I aim to capture the complexity of human emotions and the transformative power of nature. My art often juxtaposes organic shapes and textures with bold, expressive colors to create visually stimulating and emotionally evocative compositions.
