Nigel Waters is a UK based semi abstract seascape and landscape artist. Creating paintings en Plein air and in the studio. Inspired by walking and experiencing the landscape, light and colour of the south west coast path and inland. Inspired by abstract expressionism and the St Ives modernist movement and artists.
