“Electric Hush”
Darielle R. White (2025)
Mixed Media Abstract on Canvas | 10x30 in
Vivid, visceral, and electric — Electric Hush pulses with a vibrant collision of emotion and energy. In this vertical mixed media composition, Darielle R. White orchestrates chaos into harmony through dynamic strokes of crimson, cyan, and gold. Layers of expressive texture and spontaneous drips create a visual rhythm that evokes both motion and restraint — a storm paused mid-thunderclap. At its core, the piece is a meditation on the loudness that exists in silence — the inner frequency of feeling when everything else goes still.
This work is both an eruption and a retreat — an abstract embodiment of what it means to feel everything, quietly.

Bloom Theory
Acrylic on Canvas
30 X 10 X inch
“Bloom Theory” is a bold meditation on growth, energy, and divine timing. Emerging from a vibrant indigo background, the abstract floral form radiates with strokes of gold, lavender, teal, and magenta — each petal layered like seasons of transformation. Darielle R. White weaves movement into every brushstroke, blending intuition with rhythm to depict a bloom not just in nature, but in spirit.
This piece embodies the moment of becoming — not fragile, but powerful. A reminder that growth isn’t linear, it’s layered — sometimes messy, often magical.

At the Cross Colours
Mixed Media
30 X 10 X inch
This piece, At the Cross Colours, was born from deep reflection during Holy Week and lovingly completed on Easter weekend of 2025—just in time to celebrate Resurrection Sunday. As I layered each stroke, texture, and hue, I found myself meditating on the intersection of pain and promise, death and deliverance, grief and grace.
Created with a vibrant mix of golds, whites, crimson reds, and earthy tones, this abstract composition represents the spiritual weight and radiant beauty of the cross. The bold vertical and horizontal lines pay homage to its form, while the layered textures symbolize the depth of sacrifice, the complexity of faith, and the rebirth we experience through grace.
As I worked through Good Friday and into the quiet stillness of Saturday, I felt called to finish this piece in time for Sunday—a spiritual offering of sorts. By Easter morning, it was complete. Not just as a painting, but as a visual prayer. A resurrection of color, form, and meaning.
📖 Inspired by Isaiah 53:5
“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”
This piece is a part of my ongoing collection that explores faith, identity, and healing through abstract form.

Celestial Garden
10x20
30 X 10 X inch
Celestial Garden is a new piece that emerged from a deeply personal and reflective moment. At 10 by 20 inches, it’s a compact yet vivid celebration of floral abundance. Using mixed media, I allowed the composition to unfold organically—no sketches, no predetermined color schemes. I simply trusted the process, even when parts felt uncertain or less than perfect.
The artwork blooms against a rich, dark purple background that sets a dramatic stage for a lively garden scene. Large pink flowers draw the eye immediately, while smaller blossoms in white, orange, blue, and lavender weave throughout the canvas. Intricate swirls and splashes give the piece energy and motion, as if the garden itself is alive and thriving. This piece is dense and vibrant, packed with layers that invite you to look closer and discover new details each time.
What inspired Celestial Garden was a quiet moment during a nap time with my children. I sat in front of the blank canvas, closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and asked for guidance to release something beautiful onto the surface. This intentional pause grounded me and opened the door for creativity to flow freely.
The uniqueness of the process really lies in its spontaneity and surrender. Without a plan or an outline, the piece grew naturally. This approach made room for unexpected beauty to emerge and kept me fully present through each brushstroke and color choice. In the end, this work feels like a vibrant, wild meadow frozen in time, capturing the lushness and joyful chaos of nature’s own design.
