ABOUT THIS ARTWORK
In this work of mine, I used oil, the sooty black of the spray and vivid pigments to create a portrait full of realism and emotional tension. I depict a young man, whose thoughtful expression and the smoke escaping his lips speak of reflection and perhaps regret. Marking tattoos, which speak of personal stories and intense experiences, add a further layer of visual narrative. This painting is an invitation to contemplate life choices, internal battles, and the poignant beauty of human expression.
