EXHIBITION
In this exhibition, painted by Vivienne Kroes, she mainly depicts strong male and especially powerful female warriors/fighters and leaders who resisted the system and slavery. In particular, people who meant (and still mean) a lot to their people, who protected their kingdom, and who stood up for their rights and freedoms. This is expressed through music, their leadership, their rebellion, and what they stood for: their strength, faith, spirituality, way of life, beliefs, and hope. It is also a piece of forgotten black history. Read the explanation accompanying each painting in this series and you will see the common thread that connects these chosen individuals/subjects and thus formed Vivienne's Unseen Art Archive!
AUCTION
In addition to exhibiting this new series on these two days, Vivienne will hold an auction of her older works on the opening night. The proceeds will be invested in her goal of exhibiting her artworks from this new collection throughout Europe and in Nigeria/Africa in 2027. She is counting on your support to make her dream come true.
LOCATION
This exhibition is held at a beautiful location surrounded by nature, with wild horses grazing by the Rhine River. The historic structures of the factory have been carefully preserved and transformed into a unique location. For those who come from far away to see the exhibition and would like to make a day trip of it with an overnight stay, there are charming rooms with a warm, authentic feel, each with its own style that honors the history of the building.

RED Painting: Is about the Kayoba Tribe who won a lawsuit in may 2019 this year to save and protect a large area of the Amazon, they fight for the amazon rainforest, but their village was set on flames in august/september and more Amazon forest get burned down. Fires normally occur around the dry season as slash and burn methods are used to clear the forest to make way for agriculture, livestock, logging, and mining, leading to deforestation of the Amazon rainforest. Such activity is generally illegal within these nations, but enforcement of environmental protection can be lax. The government also uses this to burn out villages so the native culture will be driven out. The increased rates of fire counts more than 60% in 2019 led to international concern about the fate of the Amazon rainforest, which is the world's largest carbon dioxide sink and plays a significant role in global climate change.......
